Order Procedures

Sea Secret cannot process orders until a clear e-mail confirmation and payment has been received.

In case an item is not available or in stock, we will send you alternative options (by email) and we will wait for your confirmation before sending your product.

If none of those options are suitable to you, the order will be cancelled and you will receive your money back.

Note: If items are lost or stolen, Sea Secret will contact postal services, as they are responsible.

International shipping terms:

“Standard” international delivery – within 7-15 work days – cost $19 (+$3 for each additional product).

“Express” international delivery within 72 work hours – cost $39(+$6 for each additional product).

Israel Delivery shipping terms:

“Standard” within 6/7 work days – cost:  $5.

“Express” within 48 work hours – cost:  $10.

Payment

Our site is secure and uses iCredit Rivhit to process payments. iCredit Rivhit is PCI DSS compliant.  You can use any of your credit cards to make a purchase. If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer you can contact us and we can arrange to ship your order after we receive the money.

Note: Israeli VAT will be applied for orders inside Israel.
